Alison Satterlee

Alison is a life-long Utah native and as of 2022, is the proud owner of LOVS.

With more than a decade of family law experience, Alison enjoys helping clients in a wide variety of domestic areas including divorce, custody, modification, adoption, guardianship, private guardian ad litem (PGAL) work, consultations, appeals, limited scope drafting as well as court appearances, and more. Alison truly enjoys helping clients navigate through what are often some of the hardest times of their lives.

Alison also has a long history of legal volunteer work: she regularly volunteers her time for the Third District domestic pro se calendars, the Utah State Bar’s Virtual Clinic, as well as sits on the Self-Represented Litigants Committee. Alison also focused on legal volunteer work throughout her law school career, amassing over 300 volunteer hours in two and a half years and winning the Pro Bono Service award.

Prior to her legal career, Alison graduated summa cum laude from Westminster College, majoring in Justice Studies with a minor in theatre. She earned her Juris Doctor from the S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2012.

Alison lives in Salt Lake City with her wife, miniature schnauzer, Roux, and half-cat half-goblin, Mochi. She spends most free time in the mountains or in a book, enjoys good coffee, and makes a killer margarita.

Alison is a licensed attorney in the state of Utah.
