There are many aspects to the law that you can and should handle. We will work with you to ascertain just what your individual needs may be. You will not be paying an attorney to do work that you can do for yourself. We will also be certain to only use the least expensive means to satisfy your legal needs.
You have a number of way to construct and steer your own case. For instance:
1. You can meet with LOVS for a Sole Consultation (at Virginia's hourly rate) and receive procedural guidance on what you can do for yourself, where to find forms, court protocol, and so forth.
2. You can hire LOVS for a specific task (a hearing, mediation, to review pleadings, etc.) for a Flat Fee.
3. You can hire LOVS in a Full Service capacity, and we will act as your Attorney in all aspects of your case. This requires a standard Retainer and maintaining any additional payments that may be necessary.
